結論
傳統上矯正醫師在治療矯正病患時所使用
的錨定強化方法,不論是口內或是□外錨定都
有其限制,因為這些方式基本上都是倚靠著牙
齒本身或是骨頭來作為錨定的來源。但是如果
牙齒的牙周狀況不佳,或是作為Anchoring
unit的牙齒其位置不佳﹑顆數不足時;或是病
人不願意合作佩戴頭套,湊巧這時又碰到criti-
calanchoragesituation時,那麼矯正醫師應
該如何處理呢?雖然目前可以運用傳統牙科植
體的骨整台特性解決錨定的問題’不過終究還
是有其不便之處。而近幾年有許多特殊臨時矯
正植體系統曾經就此提出-些解決方案,然而
這些系統本身就存在著－些問題。因此本文主
要的目的就在比較這些臨時矯正植體的特性,
同時提出-種新式改良的微型骨釘來作矯正治
療的錨定來源,希望能給矯正醫師在治療時多
一種選擇。
